Rules

1Purpose

This is a student-run activity created for entertainment, engagement, and friendly competition within the school community. It is not an official school ranking or evaluation.

2Eligibility and Participation

• -Participation is optional for all individuals
• -Anyone may opt in to be included in competitions
• -Anyone may opt out at any time and will be removed from all current and future competitions
• -Opt-out requests will be processed within 48 hours

3Voting Rules

• -Each participant may vote once per round
• -Voting requires a valid school email login
• -Each voter must select a minimum of 5 candidates and a maximum of 10
• -Attempts to bypass voting limits will result in votes being invalidated

4Candidate Inclusion

• -All candidates must be opted in or publicly approved for participation
• -Candidates who opt out will be removed from all listings and future rounds
• -Previously recorded votes may remain for historical accuracy, but will not affect future rounds

5Results and Progression

• -Rankings are determined solely by total valid votes
• -The top 16 candidates advance to the bracket stage
• -Bracket seeding is based on ranking position after prelim voting

6Bracket Stage

• -Matches are single elimination
• -Winners are decided through Instagram story polls or equivalent voting system
• -Results are final once posted

7Conduct Expectations

• -This is meant to remain respectful and lighthearted
• -No harassment, targeted insults, or bullying of participants
• -Campaigning and support is allowed as long as it remains appropriate

8Administration and Moderation

• -Organizers reserve the right to remove invalid or manipulated votes
• -Organizers may disqualify entries that violate rules or compromise fairness
• -The system may be paused or adjusted to maintain integrity of the competition if necessary
• -Decisions are made to ensure fairness and prevent misuse of the platform

9Data Integrity

• -Voting data is used only for competition ranking purposes
• -No personal data is sold or shared outside of the platform
